Rich Presta, the author of Anxiety Lie, seems insensitive to the common ways to fix anxiety but that’s because he has found a new and guaranteed permanent fix to anxiety. Over the years he has gotten tired of the lies thrown around by experts saying all you need to do think positively or get motivated. He has done the research and written a book that can end your anxiety for the rest of your life. His whole intention is not to motivate you or inspire you into thinking you can deal with it that way, but to actually solve your anxiety issues.
